Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days once payment has been received. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience. Any subscription orders will then be sent on the monthly  anniversary date of their initial order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Postage is included. 

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes a pre-order or out-of-stock item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

International Shipping (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
